By accessing and using WAFRIVET's veterinary procurement platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WAFRIVET provides a procurement platform connecting veterinary clinics with verified pharmaceutical suppliers. We facilitate the ordering and procurement of veterinary medicines, vaccines, consumables, and related products.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a registered veterinary clinic or authorized representative
• Be located in our service areas (currently Lagos and Ibadan)
• Have been approved through our pilot program registration process
• Provide accurate and complete information

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date

5. Procurement Requests

5.1 Request Submission

When you submit a procurement request:

• You are making an offer to purchase products at the listed prices
• All prices are estimates until confirmed by our team
• Final pricing may vary based on stock availability and market conditions
• We reserve the right to reject or modify any request

5.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

• Stock availability verification
• Final pricing confirmation
• Payment processing (if applicable)

6. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product information, including:

• Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing
• Manufacturer information and origin
• Expiry dates and storage requirements

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation. We accept payment methods as agreed upon with your clinic. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

8. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery terms, timelines, and costs will be communicated upon order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are subject to strict regulations. Returns and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WAFRIVET or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
